Cancelled stamp says: Homestead, PA., Dec. 28, 3:30 PM, 1956
Back of card reads:
. . .tower, steep tiled roof and general architecture of the Allegheny County Court House, has been frequently copied throughout the country for public buildings. It was built at a cost of $4,000,000 and completed in 1888.
