The Custis-Lee Mansion at Arlington, VA.
was the home of George Washington Parke Custis, adopted son of Washington, and afterwards was the home of Col. Robert E. Lee, whose wife was Mary Custis. The Mansion is preserved as it was in the days of Custis and Lee.
